PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING! *NEW CLIENTS: - All new clients must complete liability waiver prior to arriving for your scheduled appointment. - Must book a full set. Lashes from another lash studio will not be filled or removed. - Deposit & credit card required to have appointment approved. *ALL CLIENTS: - You must have a credit card on file to book an appointment. - Please arrive to your appointment on time. Clients more than 20 minutes late will not be serviced and a cancellation fee will be charged. - Please arrive with clean, makeup free lashes - Please book via app or prior to leaving the suite. No phone calls or texts please. - All appointments for full sets require a deposit. Deposit will be applied to the cost of the service. Desposits are ONLY refundable for appointments canceled within 24 hours. - Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule. *see cancellation policy - No shows will be charged a non-refundable no show fee. No show fee is 25% of the scheduled service(s). You will be required to leave a deposit to book in the future. - Same day openings will be posted on Instagram and are first come first serve. - No extra guests, food, drinks, or children Can’t find a time that works for you? Don’t worry! Request a VIP appointment and we can work with your schedule. *VIP appointments are outside of regular business hours and are reserved for existing clients for lash fills only.
